Position Description:

I am an American writer seeking a Japanese artist with good English skills to help with becoming a manga-ka. I'm not in Japan yet, but will be and I want to start conversing with someone early.
If successful, profits will be shared. Even if things do not work out, I will pay for the labor.
I request a sample of your artwork and also ask for an open minded person who does not mind a morbid sense of humor.
