First off, I'm new here... はじめまして ^^;
I have about 4 years of Japanese study behind me, and recently I've been doing some odd translations online - lyrics, webpage corners, etc. - but now and then I come across things that I've never seen before and that no webpage, even Breen-sensei's WWWJDIC, can help me with. And that's why I'm here. >_<;
My question is about the phrase そのもから. It came up in part of a webpage corner I'm translating, and I'm wondering what exactly it means, how/where it's used, etc.
Just for reference, the entire sentence is: まず体調を整えるところから始めるんだけど、生活その もから気をつかう毎日だね。I'm fine with everything except the そのもから part though - how to translate it, how it connects to 生活, etc.
I'd really appreciate any help anyone could give me on this. よろしくね m(__)m
