Its about two girls that are serving a guy who wants to conquer the entire world. But first he will conquer this one city. And now these two girls are helping him conquer the city.
Too bad I only watched last couple of episodes. Cant seem to find rest of the series.

It's absolutely hysterically funny! :D
Let's see... there we have Excel who has a crush on Il Palazzo, the leader. She tries to fulfill her mission to the best, but often gets killed in the process (not that it would stop her).
Then we have Hyatt who has tuberculosis or something like that, frequently coughs blood and is often more dead than alive.
Then we have Pedro who dies right at the beginning and then constantly laments about his fate.
Then we have the guy with the afro who makes random appearances all the time.
I should also mention the pet dog which Excel keeps as "emergency food ration" and who always tries to escape, but successless.
Oh, and mentioning the army of teddy bears gone bad would be good either.

And it is the most funniest thing I have ever watched.

Excel Saga is an Awesome series, Shinichi Wantanebe (Nabeshin) is an excel-lent director! I loved it. it was one of the best anime ripoffs yet strangely well thought out plots ive ever seen. Excel is my Idol. She is soooooo mind bogglinly stupid but all her intentions are pure. :D

Ahhh... Excel Saga - one of the best anime theme and closing songs. Some of the funniest stuff I've ever seen. Menchi is my favorite anime "mascot." The last episode is called something like "Over the top!" and it REALLY is. If you've seen the last episode of Excel Saga and you haven't seen Puni Puni Poemi, then before you watch PPP, realize that PPP is like way, way, way, past the insanity of the last episode of Excel Saga.

For sheer insanity, hilarity and simple stupidity, I've yet to see anything that will beat Excel Saga.

Its only 2 episodes but as mentioned it is very insane and well just plain weird in an entertaining kind of way. btw I haven't seen all of Excel Saga myself yet, but is the guy who speaks gibberish (the one with the unusual weapon) in PPP or does he also appear in Excel Saga.

What other insane anime have you seen? I've just started watching FLCL and also Full Metal Panic, they're both a little strange, but nothing like PPP of course :)

FLCL is awesome! Any anime with a robot coming out of your head is A-OK in my book. Project A-Ko was pretty silly back in the day. The gigantic black school girl (looked like a male body builder) with the itty-bitty voice was hilarious!

I'm interested in other stuff along the same lines as well.

Full Metal Panic is not that silly.
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu on the other hand is rather hilarious. For example, a girl puts a love letter into his shoe box, and then he blows his shoe box b/c he thinks enemy tampared it.

The anime is hilarious, there is a part where her friend is dying in a burning building, yet she runs off to catch a dog for dinner. O_o;; hmm that didn't come out to nice.
