are you sure that is all it means because it seems to be used in something like they are talking about the weather or something else and all of a sudden "the Kana" pops up but it happens alot.. Hmm I cant understand that she would be talking about a language between conversation of something else..　and what does this mean on its own ろ　？？？

I'm pretty sure that's all it means. And ろ doesn't mean anything on its own. It's the hiragana for ro.

If you're referring to the acutal word Kana as used at the end of a sentence it is understood as a modified question/half statement type construction "I wonder what...." or "I wonder if...." in context of course to the previous statement or question. Did you do this translation yourself no kanaa ? :?
