Does anyone know the statistics of how many deaf people there are? Or how many mute people there are in Japan? I was wondering if Japan had a type of social security for people such as these. I'm talking about the type we have here in America. When people have a disability, they are payed about $400 a month and they get free health care. Or are these people set aside? Do they have special schools for themselves, or are they grouped together in classrooms with other students who can speak?
