bartending in Japan

Me my host sister and my friend want to open a bar in Kyoto. I would be going to bartending school in Canada then coming back to Japan to start working.

But is there real money in bartending in Japan? I know that the Japanese love their beer after a long days work.

Can someone give me some advice.

Open an Irish Pub in Japan. All the gaijin and Japanese who love gaijin will go there a they will be willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money to get a Guiness and the like. :gulp:

I agree with Brooker! I miss Irish (or Irish-themed) pubs in Japan! Especially on St. Patrick's Day. :D :D If you need marketing, let me know, as I have contacts...:-)
