Unknown Anime...A little Help, Please?

This has been bugging me for a while. I found these two pictures a while back, but I can't find what they're from for the life of me. I'm not ruling out the possibility of a video game. To my knowledge, the guy in black is named Kuro, and the guy in white is named Buchi. Someone told me that they thought these two were in a video game whose title had the word "Animal" in it, but like I said, could be anime or video game. Anyone know something I don't about these two?
