Once again Ishihara made it into the headlines.
Tokyo governor sued over misogynistic comments
Tokyo Gov. Shintaro Ishihara, who claimed in a magazine interview that the worst thing civilization has brought with it is the proliferation of "old hags," was sued by a women's group on Friday. [...] Ishihara went so far as to say that if women live until the ages of the famous centenarian sisters affectionately known as Kin-san and Gin-san, "It is quite harmful to the earth."
