I tracked down the director a year ago or so.. he's directing real stuff now because of the success of that thing :o I think he even had a finger in weird al's star wars music video...

That thing is hilarious. Saw that a loooong time ago when Sci-Fi channel (US) was doing some SW special about two years ago. Hysterical.
