I was lately (last month) at the Blood's concert in Warsaw. It was a first Visual Kei band concert in Poland, so I was eager to go.

The show was great. Especially the fanservice. :) (Sorry, I am a girl, seeing Fu-ki and Kiwamu or Fu-ki and Kaede) The music was quite good too. I understodd that they had playback on 2 guest-musicians who was not with them, and who always play at Japan with the band. At that moment, I didn't notice that Kiwamu was not playing for a moment, and then his part was still heard. Lately after reading the interview after this concert I remebered.

Translating Kiwamu's words:
Visual-kei is not popular in Japan. VK bands attach importance to live and scenical visualisation, also to the matter how their cd sounds and look like, so when Polish fans look at you, they are surprised why he isn't playing guitar. The answer is simple - this is Visual Kei show.

Well, I don't like Blood for this. I don't like playback at all. I dont' respect bands which use playback. Yet, if Blood will come once again to Poland, I'll go to the concert. The show was nice. :D And later, I'll forget about them, to the next concert. :p

that really sucks T_T wats the point of putting a show if they are not gonna play for real? but i guess the visual things are very attractive

Yes, it's attractive, but for me the most important is music. If they only look good - sorry, I may go on a concert and not buy CD. :D

huh....weird..I hadn't heard that....It is upsetting...I really liked their muic but I dunno...I didnt know much about them so I cant help explain it that and I havent seen them live (almost but not...)

His words are both right and wrong there....But its true visual kei really has dropped out as Japan tends to Americanize itself more in the music and fashion industries...which makes me sad because I like what they have there more then what is out here....
