i really hate living in england and ive always wanted to go to japan (ive vowed to see tokyo with my own eyes before i die, or my worst nightmare comes true and it becomes a tourist resort) but even if i sell everything i own id only get enough to support me for about 6 months, whats the likelyhood of getting some sort of work in tokyo without a degree (yes, i had too much fun at college, dropped out and never made it to uni) im not choosy, ill do anything, washing dishes, testing dangerous medicens, anything that will keep me there for the full year im allowed on the visa (and more if theyd let me, but lets not get ahead of ourselves). cheers spud

I think you may be able to get away with a working holiday, while this will only get you a year there its better than nothing (and one up on the americans! hahaha, cough, sorry).

Than if you go there with the right org. you can study Japanese for free too.
Have a look on the net.
Good luck.
