Opinion wanted on toyoko inn

I found this hotel chain LINK (http://www.toyoko-inn.com/eng/) and it looks great: single rooms from \7,140 and the pictures look nice and clean. Is this too good to be true ?

Has anyone used them ?

Any good reviews or horror stories ?

I have not stayed, but it is the hotel which an office worker uses for a business trip well.
My fellow worker used it.
Facilities seem to be good enough.
Because there is it near a station, it is convenient

I have stayed there once and it has all the conveniences one could wish for for this price. It is clean and efficient. I even received free socks when checking in.
