Kinda sad though, cuz I heard that the series is coming to an end...
...Does anyone have any rumors or anything on this series...and
Naoki is the best dj for ddr, so there...blaaaaaah

:bluush: I <3 taka also. But naoki is my #1. My favorite song is Dynamite Rave by naoki. I don't like captain jack that much, but that's my opinion.
I know there's a Gamecube version coming out, but I haven't heard anything new about arcade or ps2 home versions yet. Konami usually releases a DDR
game b4 summer, so let's just keep waiting, or else.....YOU HEAR THAT KONAMI.....[B]OR ELSE

if the series does indeed end on the ps2/3 or what ever, there's no doubt that it will continue for the xbox.

xbox has released the dates of three more upcoming ddr games in the next year or so.
i suppose it's trying to make up for all the time that it spent without it.

the last DDR that came out in japan was DDRfestival,I think whats going on is they won't relase more games if they don't do well now. Check DDRfreak.com

i didn't see the website, but a friend of mine just told me of a rumor that ddr was stopping.

slightly odd to hear it, and now it's hard to say, but it may be true.

why would it be odd? DDR isn't as popular in Japan anymore, or so everyone tells me ::shrugs::

it's popularity is majorly rising in the us though. alot of girls and even guys are buying the games or playing it at arcades.
so, why wouldn't it just pounce on the oppurtunity to make big bucks in the usa?

Maybe they don't think its popular enough, though there was article on the front page of DDRfreak saying how its sold 1million in the USA
