Urgent help needed

What is the Japanese for 'Be prepared' as in the Scout motto. If possible could I have it Romaji, Hiragana and Kanji. Thanks

Anyway, I stuck that in Infoseek (http://honyakuinfoseek.infoseek.co.jp/amitext/indexUTF8.jsp) machine translator thingy which gives me.
Be prepared--> 準備されています。

But reversing it gives
準備されています。--> It is prepared.

So obviously that isn't right.

Just for practice, I stuck that in the J-talk (http://www.j-talk.com/nihongo/) machine converter thingy which gives

準備されています。--> じゅんび さ れ て い ます
準備されています。--> juNbi sa re te i masu

I guess it's up to the experts now. :relief:

Without appreciating the English meaning and knowing how specified Japanese terms can be.....the most efficient try would be to find a direct translation, such as at the trefoil on this site should anyone be able to enlarge it....:relief:

It says そなえよつねに.

[Edit] That threw me off for a bit until I realized that it's actually 備えよ、常に. Now it makes a hell of a lot more sense. :relief:

those might be examples for objects or other people that are prepared.

To say that "I am prepared," how about

Junbi dekite imasu

or

You'i dekite imasu.

Domo arigato to everybody for your help. The reason I asked is because in our Cub Scout book it is spelt wrong in Romaji and my dictionaries weren't much help.
