I have always gotten a kick out of the wording of some of the English signs that I have seen in Japan.
I found this one in Fussa City, the city adjacent to Yokota Air Base. Given the proximity to the train station and to the Seiyu store, and with the number of Americans living nearby, the owner of this lot was probably frustrated with having uninvited foreigners park there. I love this sign, it is threatening, but oh so polite!!! :-)

the owner of this lot was probably frustrated with having uninvited foreigners park there.(Time is not count)I wonder how many foreigners tried to placate the parking lot owner by saying, "My car was parked here for Only 5 minutes," when in reality it was an hour or even a whole afternoon ! How irritating those innocent, typical lies would have been ! :D

"It is no parking area besides a contractor."
"ɗLԏ"
It is "TUKIGIME-YURYOU-CHUSYAJYO" not "GEKYOKU-YURYOU-CHUSYAJYO" :okashii:
I think that everybody knows it
Probably :relief:

Truer words have not been uttered. You ever see a dog's ear when stands erect and tries to isolate a sound? I'm like that whenever I hear English here. I almost want to run up to the person and strike up a conversation.
