You may have noticed that it is very difficult to give you translations for Japanese written in romaji only, because there are many homonyms (words with same pronunciation but written differently and with different meanings) in the language.
Still, I've come up with answers:
hotokegi:
Probably ぶつぎ 【仏儀】 Buddhist ceremony
hakujou:
【白状】 To confess
【薄情】 Having little compassion or love
ishiteki:
【意志的】 Showing will or determination; deliberate
yowamiso:
【弱味噌】 Derogatory word used to describe a cowardly person; "wimp"; also, "yowamushi" in Japanese (弱虫)
wamekigoe:
【喚き声】 Shouting voice; yell
hensei
1. へんせい 【変生】 to be reborn into something else
2. へんせい 【変成】 to change in physical property
3. へんせい 【変声】 change in voice
4. へんせい 【変性】 to change in quality
5. へんせい 【編成】 to form, organize a program, budget, etc.
6. へんせい 【編制】 to form a group, troop
7. へんせい 【編製】 to compile a list
otoroeru:
【衰える】 to decline, diminish, lose strength
