would somebody help me understand what the difference is between the topic title words please.
Ill provide an example:
たかかわ マンガを よみません
Tanaka wa manga o yomimasen
Tanaka doesn't read manga
and
たかかわ マンガお よまない
Tanaka wa manga o yomanai
Tanaka won't read manga
i have provided in blue what i think each means.

Six of one and half a dozen of the other. The two are equivalent in all but "politeness" level.
(And the "o" should be を not お)

Nothing to be embarassed about. You're nowhere near being the first to make that mistake.

Your also writing takaka in hiragana but in romaji your saying tanaka
hiragana should be たなか 田中

i am useless hey..!
don't know what i was doing there.
i think i should proof read my messages that i write in hiragana in the future. (more than once as well.!)
at least i got the point across in the sentances even if i spelled poor Tanaka-san's name wrongly
hahaha

And the "wa" (more often represented as "ha") marker should be hiragana は, not わ

The first one is politeness with the -masu form
The second one is for casual saying like talking with friends
...but i'm sure the -nai form is for "i want"...weird...@_@;;

Nope. It's for negation. You're thinking of the tai form.
