Question on Formal writing and grammar~

So I am writing a letter to a company in Japan inquiring about having a set of wheels sent to the states.

Here is the letter: Anyway I could make this more appropriate? :sorry:

こんにちは
私のお名前はDamianです。よろしくお願いします。　す みません、私は質問があります。　えっと　アメリカに 「４ｘ17インチDT05R」(these are the wheels) を送るのがいくらですか？

Can I make it sound more formal?
It would be something like this:

私は Damian と申します。突然書状を差し上げる非礼を、ご容赦くだ さい。
さて、このたびアメリカに、「４ｘ１７インチＤＴＯ５ Ｒ」を送りたく思うのですが、送料はどのくらいかかる のでしょうか。ご多忙中、まことに恐縮ですが、ご回答 たまわりますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

Wow well I was way off. But is what I wrote ok another friend looked at it and says it sound slike typical foreigner japanese. And I said well I am probably typical foreigner who speaks it.
