So what are these words, everytime I see them they have a different meaning.. so what are these meanings? Could someone maybe show me how to use these words by showing some sentence examples using the words in different context?

I can't figure them out.

なんて、めっちゃ、ーちゃう(vb. ending)、ちゃんと

I am pretty sure you could find the definitions and usages of "nante, meccha, and chanto" in a well-written dictionary. Please post what you already know about the words, so that we could help you.

As for "chau", it is the same as "te shimau", and has its origins in kansai dialect. Usually it is used to express regret over something, or completion of something.

"shukudai wo wasurechatta". I forgot my homework (and I am regretting about it)

-chau is...er.... hard to explain. Doesn't really express regret like -te shimau, but has a similar feeling. You will understand it when you hear it like 3000 times.... which you will if you keep studying.

-meccha is short for mechakucha...
-chanto - means proper.
-nante... is also hard to explain. I think a dictionary (with many examples) would be your best bet, as nhk9 eluded to.

Sorry for the lame answer. :/
