Some of you have already known the on-line Japanese test, SUSHI TEST.
The test itself is offered by a governmental organization, the Japan Foundation.
I suppose it might be a bit challenging for begginers, but very good for pre-intermediate students.
Sushi Test (http://momo.jpf.go.jp/sushi/index.html)
If you are a veggie, you will have to choose all wrong answers for cucumber rolls, the only veggie sushi for your reward. :)
とろ, たい, かずのこ, うに, いくら をめざしてがんばって!
Also they offer you comprehensive teaching resources, which, I think, are good for self-study students.
