Student loan ???!

Hi!
It's been a long time , anyway.
I'm interested in knowing how or where could I get a student loan. I don't really desperately need it myself. But I want to send the money to my family who could use some help seeing the sums I had them to pay. I have a part-time job "alubaito". I have been here in Japan for about 8 months now.

Anyhelp anyone ?? Please give me as much details as you can I will truely appreciate it .
