There's only one hotmail. They detect your language based on your IP, which can be annoying for non-Japanese speakers living in the region. I'm sure there's a way to change it if you trudge a bit. Yahoo.co.jp is basically Yahoo.com on a several-month delay (in features).

It seems like most Japanese people have different e-mail kind of websites. Some uses this website, some uses this other website and and some more uses this other website. Am I right?

right. people like more e-mail through mobile phones, keitai mail.
"newad.jp" seems a kind of web hosting service for keitai mail users.

i guess your short stay here would develop your skill with the thumbs much.

On your IE browser click tools > Internet Options > Languages, and you can set your preferred language.

Sorry for double posting, but I forgot to ask what are C-Mails and S-Mails?

C-mail and S-mail are pretty much instant text messaging services for the Japanese Cell phones.

C-mail is most commonly found on KDDI networks, and S-mail is found on Docomo Networks

C-mail also has a live chat feature similar to going to a chat room.

Crap...as busy as most people are with work and schooling, it's almost impossible to get behind a computer to chat on-line. Cell Phones are the way to communicate in Japan.

I remember looking at the Inbox on my wife's computer. A lot of the sender's e-mail address were from phones.
