In what interview did Kozi say that? It doesn't look like Mana is boring. Watch the Dixanadu Fated Raison D'etre dvd and you can see him playing around. He even smiles at one time. I don't see kozi calling Mana boring. After all, they were friends the longest out of any MM members. I'm not trying to start an argument or anything, I just want to know where you heard that from.

July 6, 2008 Dinner of Blood and Roses

The other day, since many years ago I ate dinner with Yu~ki, Kozi, and three other people.
Nobody has changed.
Having said that, conversely we all felt rejuvenated!
You might say, The count is a vampire and the style of Kozi's tattoo's make him like a rocker.
The vampire and rocker are immortal things.
Also, We rose a toast to blood dripped meat and red sparkling wine and
a conversation arose about music and equipment.
After all, I do have a fondness of music.
In translated impression (?), the dinner of blood and roses had come to an end.

So I found the translated aesthetics too and so I put it here...I found myself smiling upon this :hihi:...I mean when I read they "felt rejuvenated",well I must say that Mana is right...the older they get - the younger they look :-)...hmmm wait ...well maybe not:okashii:...when I think of how Kozi looks on his latest photos....although they are quite old now and I haven't seen new photos of him...and maybe Mana looks younger thanks to the amount of make-up...who knows what Mana meant by 'rejuvenated'.but who cares :-)I like the part where Mana describes Kozi and Yu~ki....and the sentence "...The vampire and rocker are immortal things..."...yes, Mana was veeery right...:-)...and they ate "blood dripped meat" ?hmmmm beefstake? maybe steak tartare? :hihi:...and there was a conversation about music?so maybe not about their personal lives...what about a new project?ok I don't think so...but....one can never know...and there were "three other people"??bodyguards?friends?wifes/girlfriends?for one veeeery crazy moment I even thought about the three MM vocalists (Tetsu,Gackt,Klaha) but Mana would probably mention them too...and OK I know this is a thread about Kozi and I think this is more about Mana but we discussed the meeting here so I felt that this will be the best place to put it...forgive me if I am wrong...

me and mad? :D no way !...I'm not that kind...if I get mad than it has to be something very VEEERY bad that made me angry...and sad? well actually I'm "sad" most of the time,but that's because I'm a quite melancholy person...even the 'psycho-test' we've took at school proves it...I've reached number 8 in 'being depressed' and the scale is from 1 - 9 (1 being the least and 9 the most) so I'm pretty good at being depressed :D:D:D:D:D

it is very interesting...every song is made of more different shots .. I mean it is not an 'ordinary' live DVD but it shows Kozi in different costumes,sometimes he just sings and other times he also plays on the guitar + sings so every song is made of more parts...and the visual aspect is interesting too...there are some colour effects used in it like the video is red,blue,it has more colours or it is in greyscale too...it is quite 'artistic'...sometimes it is a pitty because I'd like to see Kozi clearly not with those effects but it is great anyway...I love it and the sound is great too:love:I've made myself mp3s of it cause I really love it and I just have to listen to it everywhere,especially when I'm not at home and I cannot watch it:love:

i think this news made me so excited that i attended to the concert in my dream!!:D.. and the concert was in my neighbourhood near a local market:D...actually, there is no concert hall in my neighbourhood!!....when i and my friends heard about the concert, we became so excited!! (in reality, none of my friends in school is fan of kozi though!:() and we decided to stop his car when he entered the street!!:D. we made a wonderful(!) plan!!....we would use nylon bags and spread them out on street to stop the car:D...but it wasnt necessary, cuz kozi's car was so old that it stopped working itself:lol:, it broke down!! he had a friend with him and when he got out of the car (the car was all red!), i felt my heart would explode!!:silly:... i saw him:hihi:, he had no make up and no sun glasses, his hair was shoulder-length and wavy, and wore just a simple t-shirt and jeans but looking extremly healthy and sexy:love:....his friend and my friends started talking in english!! but me, me talked to kozi in japanese!!...im proud of myself for knowing japanese in my dreams only!!:D he asked if we know how to get to the concert hall, since their car broke down!:emblaugh: and i answered (while drooling!!) but of course, gladly. I too was with Kozi in spirit on Saturday evening (or afternoon as it was in the UK!). It's good to see the videolet. :-)

I also knew about PPP, but didn't have the opportunity to post it here >_< not until now anyway! I have a little theory about the name. If you visit their site the "PPP" is actually written like the rune Thor (if you do a google image search for 'thor rune' you will see it. It's more pointy than a P, but sometimes it is written with the 'spike' nearer the top of the stem than the middle.) Kozi is interested at least a bit in runes, because he did that 'NYD ~who's mind~' concert and Nyd is also a rune (you can also image search 'nyd rune').

It seems like at least he has some interest in the runes even if it's purely for an aesthetic thing or maybe symbolic. But anyway we knew he is interested in European culture so why not? :cool:

Can't wait to hear more from the live and also from the upcoming ones with PPP. Actually I have a friend who is living in Japan at the moment who is going to his live tomorrow! :silly: I would be so excited if I was in her shoes, lol. I always thought Kozi and Mana had not fallen out (at one time there was a lot of stupid rumours that they had some kind of argument, about the MM breakup or afterwards, and didn't really talk much any more, but I never did believe that was true; if anything, I would deduce Kozi and Gackt as being two men who would not get on too well...) but never did I expect this kind of liveshow (as them both seeming like types to put the past behind them and get on with their own music, despite being friends and still meeting up sometimes).

My friend at the PPP live couldn't take pictures because it wasn't allowed at the concert... mainly she was there to see Rentrer en Soi who were headlining, but mentioned that PPP played covers of western bands although didn't say exactly who although I think she mentioned Foo Fighters (?!). On Scape it was said that Dalle covered Killing Joke, Soft Cell (Tainted Love... of course!), Bauhaus, Joy Division, and Kitten. I'm not sure of the groups that PPP covered.

It's a shame they are doing covers rather than making their own music... but still, I like their taste in music :D and also sometimes it's a bit necessary to make covers... as there is no money in original music, the venues want bands who will pull in the crowd with popular songs, not some obscure band messing about with their own stuff like I imagine Kozi to do, lol. So hopefully these gigs will be like fuel to the members' own stuff, either as complete bands or as solo works. :cool:

Im really excited about this event. Other than a possible mm reunion, my wish was to see the two on the same stage again, and now it is happening....though i wont be seeing:okashii:....im pretty sure lots of mm fans around the world are now taking this event as a sign and making theories about a possible reunion. I had seen on LJ about the Dalle live on Feb 13 - the day before Valentine's Day! :blush: I bet Kozi will get lots of things thrown onto the stage for him. Or at least I hope so! (and other band members too of course!)

I'm not sure where to get Kozi's CDs. I ordered Loki n' Roll right when it came out and I didn't have a proper money transfer system so I sent cash through the post! :souka: and my CD travelled all the way from Japan! :cool: and Catharsis I bought online and payed through paypal, second hand off a girl who was selling it. I think that is more or less the only way now, e.g. through ebay etc. but you maybe have to pay too much money... :'(

Yeah, generally it is just a few blurry photos someone took at the gig (although to be fair, the pics of the first Dalle gig are a lot better than anything I ever manage at a gig! just not many of them!) - they really should have a designated photographer to take decent pics of their lives, that way they could put the pics on the website too.

As far as I know there is nothing announced for the first week in August.
PPP's Chargeee became the Official KÖZI SOLO drummer now and his scadual says nothing about PPP,only the KÖZI SOLO Osaka ans Tokyo live shows.
As for DALLE, according to they homepage and mixi there are no gig's scadualed either.
