What's up with Wara-uma?
Last time I was in Japan one of my teacher's mother bought me
a Wara-uma as a gift from a local maker of them.
Wara-uma is a straw horse that varies in size. This one has
a bell. From what I've found on the web use varies from
region. For warding off evil and bringing good luck.
Or for prevention of childhood diseases.
Anyone else have more info on Wara-uma?
