There is an indies female band called Danger Gang (http://ip.tosp.co.jp/i.asp?i=dangergang) (デンジャー☆ギャング). I don't know much about them, though. Also the bands Inugami Circus Dan and Onmyouza have female vocalists. I'm sure there are others.. Just I don't know them o.o
As for any band.. I would recommend Kra of course :D And Plastic Tree, Shulla, and Kagrra :p There are heaps and heaps.. :relief:

Hello and welcome!

If you look through the threads on the first couple of pages of the jpop forum, there are many bands mentioned, which are all pretty good suggestions. You are already off to a good start by the sound of it!

Yeah, I like Onmyouza. Kana is also female although I haven't heard any of her music so I can't comment on it. Clothoid Doll has a female vocalist (Youka). And to be honest, I can't think of any more right now. :sorry:

Bands I'd recommend could end up being rather a long list! Well, to begin with... Kzi, Dir en Grey, Kagerou, MUCC, Psycho le Cemu, Galneryus, Aushvitz, D'espairs Ray, Malice Mizer, 12012, The Back Horn, Gackt, Schwardix Marvally, SID, Hizaki, Gazette, Janne da Arc, Eve of Destiny, Art Marju Duchain, Rentrer en Soi, Due'le Quartz, Guitar Wolf, Gargoyle, Jinkaku Radio, Merry, KuRt, Nightmare, Schwarz Stein and Penicillin are all bands that I like - plus the ones Hebiichigo suggested, too! Various styles, find to suit your taste! :-)

This is also a good place for infos:
http://www.jrocksaga.com/site/content/artist_index.php

It has links to artists' sites.

Happy hunting!

Like a dying cat. Although you're certainly welcome to try her out!

Check out Sugizo's female artist collaborations, as they're usually apart from the norm I see in most female jrock bands. However, they're usually not jrock per se, so if you don't want to step beyond the conventional jrock bounds, then forget what I said.

As for other bands, that's a search that's taken me at least some years of filtering. Good luck!
