While I was attempting to type up my music collection (that task is the stone that keeps rolling back down the hill :mad: ), I noticed there seem a surprising number of songs that are totally unlike, and from different bands, that have the same name. :hihi: So, well, you know me - I thought I'd start a thread for them. :cool:

So we have, the back-to-back thread. Idea? If you find a pair of songs with the same title, or, a couple of songs with titles that seem to match together in some way (like, er, Hide and Seek... yes, I know they aren't songs, but... you get the picture... :o ), this is the place for 'em!

Why? Well, I just thought it's a way to get a bit of diverse music stuck together in a way that wouldn't otherwise happen......

I only downloaded the D'espairsRay song yet but.. I liked it.. :D *wonders about the other*

I can think of a couple of bands whose songs have similar titles. For example.. Janne Da Arc and LUNA SEA both have songs called "In Silence", and they are quite different. :relief:

I swear that song contains magic of the devil or something. It just makes me want to totally sacrifice myself to D'espa. :o I don't know how they manage it... it must be something to do with the intervals they use....... :worried: Garnet has a similar effect.

Also I remembered two songs named "Cage".
One is not by a band, but by a female singer/songwriter named Onitsuka Chihiro, and the other is by Dir en grey (not a shock there) :D
They are really, really... really different. But I love them both :p
Most of you have probably heard Dir en grey's song already so I just uploaded Onitsuka's song :sorry:

Yaaay! A D'espa convert! *dances madly* You ought to go visit the D'espairsRay thread... it's aiming at pervity... just as D'espa would want us to :-) ... we can sacrifice ourselves together with PK and Average Psycho and Furan (when she's back)... :happy:

EDIT: I downloaded some Klaha songs the other day, and I just opened the file to listen and discovered that he has a song called Kaihou Prism and one called Shinsou Prism... to match the other two plain Prisms... :blush: (jeez, the man must be really obsessed! :D )

I've got 2 songs off Nostal Lab - Green (Tsutaetai omoi), and Kaihou prism - plus Marchen, Shinsou prism, and Shokoreito. They're pretty good... probably not something I'd listen to like all the time but they're certainly not bad... a bit different hehe... I liked his voice for sure when he was with MM. you could always upload them on the gift thread?

I just realized last night Tsubakiya Quartette has a song called Kagerou... and there is the band Kagerou... they sound nothing like Kagerou :lol: I'll upload the song later... I'm already uploading a few things right now... :relief: maybe I'll upload the whole Tsubakiya Quartette - Bara to Diamond album :? It's a lovely album :blush:

Oh they are great... I've been trying to find more of their stuff... it's so hard to find anything on them... they only have a minialbum, 2 albumss, and a maxi single...

I think the best part about them is they are really a trio. :lol: :D :lol: No really... their music is lovely... kind of a blend of soft rock, blues, and jazz at times. :?

Actually my computer's being tempermental... :okashii: it's taking forever ever to anything... so I'll only upload Kagerou for now. :relief:

I really like their music... at the moment my favourite songs of theirs are Kenshin, Aishuu-iro no curtain, and Oningyousan. :-) Do you have those?

If you like that sort of thing, go to "chit chat and miscellaneous" and look for the thread called "creepy". It's an amaaaaaaaazing little video-thing - I love it! :D

Well, I noticed that nobody have talked about 'Sadistic Emotion', here's the history:

In 1985, Saver Tiger created Sadistic Emotion... well, hide made that song.
In 1987, hide left Saver Tiger and joined X, Saver Tiger disbanded.
In 1987, hide and X made a "different" version of Sadistic Emotion, but they called it Sadistic Desire... anyways, it is the same song, but Yoshiki made a stupid lyric, hahaha.
In 1988, Kyo (from Saver Tiger) released a demo called Sadistic Emotion with his new band D'erlanger, curiosly, the song is completely different from the Saver Tiger version.

I promise I'll upload the 3 of them later for you, I've been busy lately with work and school, sorry.

You just click on the link, then you have to wait 45 seconds before you can download. There's a countdown, and when it has finished it just tells you to 'click here'. Go! :p

the stupid megaupload doesn't work anymore since sometime ago. the slots are limited to those outside of USA, UK or Canada and we need to download the files with premium account. >(
