Does anyone know if Tokyo has any bars or clubs specializing in black rubber fetishm, with waitresses wearing gas masks or something like that? There are indeed such clubs. As a foreigner, you will find it very difficult to gain admission to practically all of them.

There are some that exist, that are accessible to foreigners if you have money. From what I understand though, these aren't necessarily "clubs" as they are... uh.... services. If you're just wanting to go to a bondage show, you're rather limited to whenever Torture Garden is in Japan. The next show is at the end of November. I actually translated at the first gig, as a mate organized the tour. It was a pretty amazing tournout, and a lot of people dressed up and got into it. On the otherhand, the turnout was so good b/c they had zero competition.... and still don't for the most part. :(
