Unfortunately, I canft understand how our military are able to place confidence in impudent Yankees after Hiroshima and Nagasaki tragedy? It's clear for me they are potential traitors, not allies. US military base in Okinawa is removing to 40km from Henovan only after our official request. I think it confirms that we may stay between a rock and a hard place, in other words, between USA and China into their military confrontation, planned by Americans. How much Japanese will die for the benefit of Americans? The 40km's concession is all what our officials have drawn from Americans. I suppose that it is unable to save Henavan citizens in case of reciprocal missile attack from China side. There is no place for US military bases in Japan! We need to keep our country free from US crazy attempts.

just out of curiosity, in the past 30 years how many Japanese have died for the "benefit" of Americans? Do you really think there will be a military confrontation between China and the US? How do you expect the Americans will betray Japan? What do they have to gain exactly? Have you been talking to mctojo?

I think.

F.Y.I. This is NOT an example of a good first post. Although it is a good example of one that resembles trolling. Keep it civil and insults at bay and you might not get banned.

OOOoooo he returns.

Seriously though, Japan has nothing to brag about over America.

There is unlikely to be a war between china and america when both are heavily invested economically in each other, No japanese have died for Americans, and as for the annoyance of american bases on japanese soil, that would require a nice long history lesson about a certain world war japan lost.

Welcome to the forums, hopefully you will find your way to the rules, memorise them, and continue tyour posting career here in a productive, friendly manner.

Hi, Fear ! Welcome to the forum.

I find nothing wrong with the presenting of the logical content of your argument. That is to say that you have every right to say what you believe is true, right, or honorable, refuting what is untrue, wrong, or shameful. However, I must warn you that your language (not because of grammar) is laden with "racial insults," and that is so uncool.

I hope you could come back to correct your "racial bashing" profanity in 24 hours so that you can regain respect among forumers, so that we can engage in a meaningful discussion. If the 24-hour editing limit is already over, and you wish it corrected, you may send a PM to any Jforum staff on duty for assistance. They have been super-friendly and helpful from my experience.

I find the topic you raise highly interesting and worthy of investigation; however, I would (and I believe many more would agree) refrain from commenting anything until you drop the disparaging words. Strong, emotional words will only start flaming wars. Drop your aggressive guard, so that we can have a civilised talk, please.

Other than that, you are quite welcome here !

comment: This man can not McTojo, for McTojo was all for the US-Japan Alliance in order to push for the remilitarisation of Japan. I believe this man a Japanese citizen speaking from his conscience in line with Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution formulated after the surrender in WWII.

Kenjo Fujisue: Keep Article 9 in Constitution (http://www.fujisue.net/archives/images/japantoday.html)

edit2: These passages could use some rewording;

"Impudent Yankees" (twice)
"potential traitors"
"US crazy attempts"

Believe it or not Americans actually have a soul (really!) As for your core argument, I can't see why American can pull out some troops but not all. Without Japan we wouldn't keep up a strong presence in the far East, and god forbit, a place to stage forces for combat. No we are not blood thirsty, and no we DO NOT like going to war.

Although I appreciate your opinion, I can't help but wonder why you dug up this fossil of a thread...

The economic relationship between America and Japan has been considered one of the most important in the world. What exactly makes you think America would want to betray that?

Seems a fair point. Seems this thread was on its way to thread heaven and ...

Anyway, the member never posted another. Might be one of those that hits a forum or message board a day with some sort of bashing message like that. Obviously not a Yankees baseball fan, eh?

And good to see you forumers/forumites* stick up for civility on the forum. Keep those trolls at bay.
