Seeking advice:

I have properties, looking to sell.

A very good deal in my opinion. I will skip the sales pitch and want to ask JREF folk for their opinion on where to go to sell.

I'll just say that I'm aiming for the lower, affordable range of the market (3 million to 15 million yen), crappy old house (though paying tenants included) WITH land in Kansai area.

Where would you go to sell said properties, advertise such properties, other good ideas, etc?????

Unless you are up to the challenge of doing it yourself and can invest the time making sure all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed -

a broker

You looking to sell to foreigners? Even if you are, the ones who are serious will probably be in Japan and/or using Japanese resources to find properties. Just a hunch though...

Good luck :-)

Yes,, I'm interested in the challenge. Something new, something to learn.

I agree but advertising in the regular places for Japanese and foreigners with Japanese skill/help.

But I also am offering other pluses for gaijin, things such as owner financing as financing can be a pain/impossibility. Other options like rent-to-own etc., lots of flexibility.

Where would one advertise to target interested gaijin folk?
