What is a meaning of "KENSEI"?

Well... I'm a newbie in japanese language, but according to some dictionaries I read, Kensei means "Power" in japanese. Not sure at all.

2.憲政:constitutional government.
3.牽制:check; restrain
4.剣聖:A saint in a sword.
The person who was excellent in the way of a sword and reached to an extreme of the arcana.
5.拳聖:A saint of a fight
