Hi all,
I'm not sure if the title mean anything to anyone (I picked it up off one of those weapon sites). I'm looking for information on them (japanese lord / general helmets. I'm looking for site etc that can tell me their purpose, what they represent, how they were made and who for etc.
If anyone has any info on these subjects on anything at all relating to these items it would be a great help.
Peace out

you could try Google each individual names? google them, probably their will only be Japanese sites with info about them. But try only showing pics and then you will be able to see how they looks like.

I've already tried the whole google thing but maybe its just my lack of patience but a first 3 pages seem to be sites that sell the items.

I tried to search a Japanese site and, however, was not able to search it.

Daisho was in the terms down below... the long and short swords...
I love a good mystery...
Here is a page with some informations on Kabuto. :-) It tells you about different types of Kabuto.

Ah and here we are, Menpo!

Aha! From Wikipedia it seems that the Daisho are the weapons Katakana and Wakizashi. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daisho). Here is the artsofthesamurai link for those, too - it seems like quite a good general info site, although my knowledge of samurai weapons is non-existant so I don't know how accurate/useful it really is...
