I read a word きゅん. I believe it is a form of くん. Who could tell me the right meaning of this word? Thanks.

きゅん could be a cute way to say くん. Could you post the context you read it in?

For example,a photobook of 山本梓(Azusa Yamamoto) is named あずきゅん.

I think it comes from the phrase:
胸がキュンとする (feel a tingle/ache in the heart, coming from love, crush, etc.)
This is shortened very often to 胸キュン or just キュン
So, the title in effect means "Crush on Azu[sa Yamamoto]"
