Hey there... wanted to do a question about scholarships in Japan.
Happens that I'm applying for one. My school offered it for interested students. I went to the Japanese Embassy and was informed of all the details of the scholarship, but then, they ask for two academic examinations, one is an english exam (wich I don't worry about at all cause I manage it like my mother languaje) and a math test... the staff that were guiding us said that it was the high school math we're taking right now (I'm finishing my senior year) and that it was the math the Japanese considered was needed to study over there... I'm aware Japanese people are really intelligent and stuff, and system educations in other countries, like mine for example, can vary in comparison to theirs, so maybe things that they find easy to do is actually hard for others...I also was told that it depends on the career you're applying for... that, for example, if you are planning to study Civil Ingeneering, the math test will be highly considered, but if you plan to study Graphic Design (my case) then it wouldn't be that important, wich is an advantage, but still, I'd like a bit of help about that cause I qualify for everything else but that test, and I really want to go... :(
