Minna no Nihongo...teacher's manual?

Does anyone know of the existance of a teacher's manual for Minna no Nihongo?

I use this book to self-study and also with my language exchange partner.

Currently I am teaching her how to teach me so it'd be an awful lot easier if there were a teacher's manual.

All of the みんなの日本語 materials are available through Amazon.co.jp with the possible exception of the videos, for which I haven't searched.
