Hello everyone, i'm hoping the following questions is post in the right section.
Is there any Vietnamese community in Japan? I tried to search the net, but there was no information on it.
The reason i ask this because, i'm planning to travel around the world when i get out of the army. I'm 19, borned in Viet Nam, i moved to the US 9 years ago and currently station in Japan. I studies Japan history and culture here, it very fascinated me. So i plan to stay in Japan for 1-3 years after i get out of the army, i belive that if i were to live near a Vietnamese community is easier for me to find a job and housing, as i get more comfortable with things, i can move farther away and experience different things. But if there is no vietnamese community, i have some other question to ask :)
My languages:
Vietnamese: Can speak, write and read.
English: Can speak, write and read.
Spanish: Can speak
Japanese: Speak a little(in process of learning)
Education:
HS graduate
What kind of job do you need to have a standard living in Japan(using my Education/Languages)?
Is there any qualification need to tutor English in Japan?
How are the salary for physical workers in Japan?
