From what I can remember, it was about a war between 2 races of aliens. I think one was an all female human race.
Anyhow, all I can remember is that towards the ending there are 3 women left. One of them is pregnant and gives birth. The child grows at an accelerated pace.
Finally, only the youngest one survives, together with the "child" who seems an adult now. The movie ends with footage of a modern city (I think Tokyo)
