does anyone know any online japanese to english dictionary that indicates intonation or accent nucleus?
Nope, but the Japanese dictionary at goo (http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp) does. It's the 大辞林 (だいじりん).

Check the –}—á section of Daijirin for legend on accentuation.
Just in case you still have problems with that, the number indicates which mora the accent is on, so the mora after the number is the one that has the accent fall (瀧).
