There is this movie called "Visitor Q" produced by Takashi Miike, I bought it because I really enjoyed Ichi the killer because I felt that it (ichi the killer,) showed some like "Hello, this is what Tokyo is, check it out" and yeah after watching Visitor Q... I don't know how to describe it, like part of me couldn't figure it out but part of me could figure it out and part of me loved it but then that same part of me that loved the movie is the same part that's restraining me from letting people I know borrow it, like I don't want to mess with anyones head. I needed a beer after I saw it!

Hello GC,
Yes, it sounds like a twisted film. I've read about it, but not got round to seeing it yet. Sexual parent-child relationships, lactating and all sorts of surreal, disturbing tomfoolery.
I wouldn't say I actually object to films like this, but sometimes they are hard to watch.
I want to see 'A Snake of June', too.

You should have checked with people before seeing Visitor Q. It is not one I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good Takashi Miike film. It is more one of his explicit films and not really to a lot peoples taste. I found it manic, but I already knew it was a sick and twisted film. Best steer people away from this one until they have seen a few other films by him. It might prepare them, remember that, Might.
hana to hebi inspires similar feelings - especially if they don't watch the whole thing
there is at least one visitor q thread? or maybe it was in movies to watch (or not)
