are these names first names or last names?
can you use them as both?
Is there any rule to it, how do you know if it is last or firts name? (I know that you can just look at the order it is written but sometimes they write them the western style or just one of the names...)

Kazuno
Nakato
I can't really tell because they're not common names. If they are from manga or anime, it becomes more difficult because the creators come up with very novel names.
I probably can give you am educated guess if it is written in kanji/hiragana. Sorry, but I won't dare make a guess with names written in romaji. :sorry:

Nakato, 中戸 seems to be a last name and Kazuno, 和野 is also likely a last name.
My pc also suggests 直人 when typing Nakato, but this is often read as Naoto. Similarly when typing Kazuno, 一之 is suggested but this is often read as Kazuyuki, and it is a first name.
This is what is programmed in my pc and I hope it has been of help.

Hats off to Nagashima-san!
As you can see, there are so many possibilities!
If you can find the appropriate kanji combination, then you can figure out whether they are first or last names!
