Does anyone know any free animating programs?
it should have:
* Coloring features
* Sound Features (for talking)

I really dont care about music features.

I recommend something that works with Macromedia Flash. As I recall, there are several programs out there other than Macromedia's program that let you create flash files, and even Macromedia Flash should have a trial copy available for free.
