The Creator And Facts:

Scientology is a religion created by world renouned pedophile, child molester and science fiction author L. Ron Hubbard. (March 11. 1911 to January 24th 1986). Known both for his novels and the fact he was busted various time by federal agents for cruising alone on yotts with large groups of young boys.

Scientology believes that some several billion years ago a Galactic Federation Of Planets ruled over by the evil Lord Xenu were becoming over populated. The Evil Lord Xenu ordered his imperial alien army to freeze aliens from all over the galaxy and throw them into the volcano here on earth, particularly in Hawaii.
This was done in space cruiser which vastly resembled 747's, just they flew in space... and not the air.

Xenu's Space Cruisers dropped all of the aliens into a volcano in Hawaii in which they mealted and floated all over earth entering the bodies of cave men, animals, stones and such as well making them sad, miserable and creating all the sadness and problems in the world that we have today. Scientology is a well known pay to worship religion, although I am trying to keep this overview fair and balanced I will not dive into this issue. Scientology's goal is to enlighten people in a hippy like way and become one with there feelings, emotions and so on similar to hippies only richer and slightly more technical subjecting potential worshipers to electronic stress and personality tests.

Scientology is an emerging religion becoming popular amonst rich people, such as Tom Cruise, John Trevolta, Issac Hayes and many other people from Hollywood and the richer sides of society, as they feel better than others following an odd, impossible to believe religion that makes absolutely no sense.

Bloody hell ! I knew L. Ron Hubbard was a freak, but I didn't know he was a kiddy fiddler. Nonce.
I've never really liked Scientology (or a lot of religions for that matter), and what's Issac Hayes playing at? He used to be cool.

My dad bought a book by Hubbard at a local event and the Scientologists wouldn't stop writing and phoning him. More fool him for giving them his details.

Very true Moff, but some people treat it like a religion.
It involves an element of 'faith' and suspension of disbelief.

My dad has always been a (somewhat slack) Christian, and he was partially dragged in by Scientology. Some people just need to 'believe' in something.

My brother has some of his books. Battlefield Earth and the Mission Earth collection. Apparently he likes to rant in them, mainly against equality in the sexes and the US government. He was banned from the UK for some years.

Hell, I thought his first name was "Loser", because that's what he is. To call Scientology a religion would be like calling Big Macs haute cuisine. It's a scam of astronomical porportions with its legions of lemmings out to fleece, swindle and otherwise con naive people out of their money. Well, I think it's pretty smart of the man to be able to manipulate and control all those people. As he was a sci-fi writer, I wouldn't be surprised if it was just an experiment on his part. In sci-fi, authors often come up with dilemma's concerning religion, morality and ethics.

I am not nor have I ever been a Scientologist (I wouldn't pay for it even if I had the money) but I have worked my way through the entire Dianetics and Scientology printed and publicly published works and found them very useful, containing great wisdom for anyone open enough to receive it. As for all that space stuff from the higher levels ... is that any more <<unreal>> than angels dancing on pinheads or saints and boddhisavas? It's easy to make mockery of metaphor, look at what Bush's politics has done to American english.

Also, just to throw my two cents in, as far as I know L(afayette) Ronald Hubbard never had any interest in boys (or men).

A guy from my work (ex-work since yesterday) is with the Scientology, and this guy always want to go into a discussion with everybody. I don't know if that is his nature, or if that is because of the Scientology.

One thing I did hear from him about the Scientology last week is that he didn't get sick since he was with them, and he claims that he will not get sick because he is with them. Well the fun part is that he did got sick this week, and needed to have a 4 hour talk with this guy from hi Sciento.Church. and needed to discusse with him about his work, and life, because the fact that he was sick was just CRAZY, and he need to change something in his life!!! maybe even find another job.

EEEE Excuse me, doesn't everbody get sick so now and then, flu, virus, etc. Is this guy nutz that he think he can't get sick because he is with this so called organisation.

I respect a lot of things, and I still respect the Sciento. in some way, but with things like this I think they are Crazy.

Scientology teaches that most illnesses are caused by an unbalance in the mind. Their little stress tester will tell you how stressed you are, and that causes all diseases. What it really is, is a machine that measures electrical resistance in the body and works much along the same lines as lie detectors, which can be fooled, and modern weight scales, that can give your %bodyfat/water etc. Of course when they ask you questions when holding these tin can your under a mild stress, plus your hands will start to get sweaty, causing more resistance and hey presto, guess what, your stressed. Then they go into they sell. Last time I met once she suffered from the stress when I pointed out her machine does not measure the mind and Hubbard was not the hero sceintologists make out he is. There are two life storeies of Hubbards life, their view and the real truth.

Don't forget that Christianity also started out as a secretive cult and has been a major cause of violence throughout history. It is also a pay to worship religion - how many christians give to the collection plate every week and how many give other 'voluntary' donations. And here I always thought that the house of God was supposed to be each and every individual person, who just gathered together in community to worship God together.

Absolutely every religion was used by corrupt leaders in the past not only christianty.The difference between religions and cults is that religions are not 100% of the life of their followers whereas cults form a dangeroud fusion of religious,spiritual life and for instance political life.
