does any one have any nikuman recipes?

I've never made nikuman before, but it seems pretty simple if you had a steamer. Here is a recipe I found.

The very first niku-man was introduced to Japan in 1927 by Aizo Soma at Shinjuku Nakamuraya.
Pork bun is called "butaman" in Osaka instead of nikuman.
