I have the Dixanadu dvd! They were just making a cheer. I didn't see them drink it. But yeah, Mana-sama drinks. I don't think he is a big drinker though. Someone said somewhere that they heard when he gets drunk he talks a lot. I can't remember where I heard that from so I can't say if it's true, but it would make sense if it was. :cool:

He does drink. I don't know how much, but he does drink. He takes a bottle of Jack Daniels on stage with him sometimes. I don't think he drinks much, though. Other than drinking, he's completely clean. :-) I'm happy about that. I don't like smoking or drugs. Ew.

I don't drink...yet, because my stepmother and father don't drink at all. They're very Christian-like. I don't have a religion anymore, so...I don't have to worry about that. I'd like to believe I'm a lovely person, but you'd have to tell me that.

Yes! I have the Dixanadu dvd! And yes! It's amazing! The visual and sound quality is so amazing! It's well worth the money! I think they should have shown more than just the Paris live. The clips from the other ones looked great as well, but it was still a super awesome show! MdM are always great. :blush: You get to see the other members more too, so that was awesome. They seem like a fun bunch. :-)

You're welcome Crimsy! :-) They toured in France Germany Italy and Finland and they showed different little teeny tiny parts of those in the documentary but the full performance was of France.

Well, people scan pictures from Madousho, and it is from that. And, I do have it.
You can't see his face, but you can see him from behind, him playing the guitar, a grand piano, and him sitting with someone drinking. I love it. Also, you have to realize that Mana-sama looks his best wherever he goes. No matter what. He doesn't slack off, even when he's "casual". Notice I put casual in quotations. :-)

Yes, Mana-sama enjoys Italian Horror movies. Actually, those are his favorite kind of horror movies. It's what gave him the concept for Malice Mizer, actually.

Actually, Sweetie, I do it too. But then, I also want to get a Masters in Arts and Music. That's 6 years at least in college. I hate school with a passion, but my passion involves school. -_-;; Funny how life works, don't you think?

But, don't think so negatively. If you set your mind to it, you can do it. Just keep going towards that dream. I thought I would never get to move even to the other side of the country, and I'm doing that this summer. Never did I think I would be moving out of the country, but I am in 2 years. Keep going toward that dream, and do good things in life, and you'll be able to do the things you want. Everything happens for a reason. Everything.

Oh, and I doubt he'd burn something made out of velvet like that. I've seen other pictures of him wearing the shirt...so I think he still has it.

but everything is okay! because I think Mana doesn´t change his eye-make up too much, it´s just...Mana-style, you know what I mean XD and his lips of course...it´s just change of colour...
and my friend will wear a wig, so hair is not my problem, fortunately XDD I just need make-up hints..

Oh that's easy! Good choice! :cool: I think that's the simplest his make-up has been.

He just used a thin line for the eyeliner, connecting it at the ends and on the eyeshadow it's a medium-dark blue thick line on and above the crease of his eye as well as lined underneath the eyeliner.

For the lipstick, it seems to be the same color as the eyeshadow, maybe slightly lighter, so you can just use the eyeshadow. Just put on some chapstick, then use whatever you want to put the eyeshadow on the lips, then put some clear lipgloss on top of that! I do that whenever I want a certain odd color of lipstick that would be hard to find otherwise. It works just fine, you just have to be careful because it comes off rather easily, so touch-ups are a must.

That's just advice, I'm sure there's a little more to it, but that's about it. I hope that helps a little.

Actually, I think Mana-sama doesn't know it as well as people think he does. He went to the French Japan Expo and he had to have a translator. He really does love his fans. He loves meeting them. I read an interview he did once where he said that even if the fans wrote in very tiny on the back of the concert reviews, he'd still read it all. He reads every concert review, and he even keeps some, I think he said. So, it may be the same with letters. He loves his fans to death. He's one of the very few who hasn't let fame get to his head...and I'm very grateful for that.

The magazine name was Gothic Beauty, Issue #26. My friend read it and got really pi**ed off about it, because it's like they made the rules and didn't read the history. There's this one chick in the magazine who tries to dress like Mana-sama. >< Will people never learn? Plus, EGL and EGA are both terms coined my Mana-sama, and he's the only one who has them. If they are going to use them, they should at least have his permission first. If you want to email Midi:Nette, go for it. I think he'd be happy to hear that people are picking up on things like that. Some people have absolutely no respect. Even I may email him and tell him about it. I think he deserves to know, ne!

I haven't read the translation of the Aesthetics, but I will very shortly and get back to you on that!

I'm going to buy the new M10M release as soon as it comes out. If you want I will upload it for you as soon as I get it. If it's cheap enough I can try to save up enough to buy two and then send you one. :-) How much do their cds usually cost? I always buy mine on e-bay after they have been out for a few months so I don't know how much new releases cost. I tend to have quite a bit of extra money so it's very possible that I can do that for you. If you don't mind that is. Or I can just upload it for you when I get mine. It's up to you. :cool:
In regards to the e-mail I sent to Midi:Nette, I wanted to send a scan of the article in the magazine in with the e-mail but I couldn't find it. I'm not even sure if it's possible to send scans with your e-mails anyways, so I guess it doesn't matter. I guess it would have been smart of me to find out. But anyways, what I said was:
I noticed that the magazine Gothic Beauty had an article in issue #6 that was recently released that mentioned Elegent Gothic Aristocrat and Elegant Gothic Lolita, the rules and everything, without giving credit to Mana. It seems as though they are trying to appear as though they were the ones who created the styles. It bothered me to read this article knowing that these two fashion styles and the terms used for them were created by Mana and this magazine did not mention him or even give a brief history of where the styles came from. I am not sure if this has already been brought to your attention yet or not, but as a concerned fan I felt as though I should say something.
So anyways, that's what I said. I hope they read it. And I hope it sounds good. I feel bad for lying though, since I wasn't actually the one who read the magazine, but I didn't think they would have took me as seriously if I wasn't the one actually saw it. Anyways, you girls tell me what you think.

Um, I don't really know. They can cost anywhere from $30-$50, I believe, on CDJapan. I don't know about YesAsia or eBay or Amazon. But on CDJapan, they're EXPENSIVE! But oh so worth going broke!

I saw scans of J-Chan's Designs, and they look like they're from Candy Spooky Theater. Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE/ADORE Candy Spooky, but these clothes were...omg. I'm trying to find the scan again of the 4 pages that it showed.

I can look around and find the cheapest place to buy cds. Probably e-bay or amazon. CdJapan will be to expensive to buy two, I've looked there before. I really hope it's an M10M release. I read the translation again and got worried. He wasn't very clear about what it is. He just said a new Mana sound. It's been a year and a half since anything was released by Moi dix Mois so hopefully it will be from them.

Also, I told you I joined Mon Amour and I did, I have an i.d. number and can access the members section and everything but for some reason the money hasn't been taken from my account. It's so weird. I bought something from the shop as well and that money is still in my account too. It's really weird. It bothers me. I joined back on September 25. I hope I wasn't forgotten. That would be sad.

Well, Mana-sama did say he wanted to put out something for Moi dix Mois this year, he said it in an interview, I believe. So, more than likely, it's MdM. And I felt that's what he was talking about. We shall know soon enough. Also, 2 opposite songs? Definitely sounds like Moi dix Mois to me. Especially since he's so proud.

But I also read in a Kanon interview she was working on a new CD, but I don't know if it was with Mana-sama or not.

But it definitely sounds like Moi dix Mois music coming out next month, to me.

I did have to pay an extra 2% because it was an over seas purchase. I'm sure it just takes a little time for things to process. Mana is busy right now so maybe that has something to do with it. I'm going to wait until October 25. That will be a month. Then I'll start making calls.

That's what I got from his aesthetics too. That it was a Moi dix Mois release because he's so excited about it. He seems to get super excited when it comes to M10M so I know that's what is being released. I can't wait! :dance: I wonder if they will have new outfits? I bet they do! I also hope Hayato and Sugiya will still be in the band. I like them.

Well, if I remember correctly, the "military" outfit they had when Seth was first in the band (the first CD, Beyond the Gate) had blue in it, if I remember correctly.

He hasn't updated his aesthetics yet but apparently something is going on since he has updated in the members area of Mon Amour's official site and my money finally was taken out of my account for the fanclub. I know he doesn't try to let people down. It just kinda...happens. :sick: I'm the same way, so I kind of know what that's like. :bluush: But I also know this: he hates letting his fans down, and if he does, he probably feels really bad about it. I know I would. I have similar situations (not with fans of course), but when it happens to me, it really eats at me and I can't let it go.

But yes, he's just an ordinary man. I wish more people would see that. Just because he acts in such a way to cover up mistakes he's made (or could have made) doesn't mean he's perfect... -_-;; Most people can't see the flaws. In fact, I know very few who can.

Yes I know. Everyone seems to think he's like a God or something and is completely perfect, but he's not. I like his flawed, not elegant, human side much more than the persona he portrays. But then again, I like seeing the real side of everyone.

By the way, have you seen the Fool's Mate #326 picture of him. It was an article about Kanon Wakeshima but it had his picture. I can't remeber who scanned it. >_< I'll find out later and credit them. But anyways, it looks like he has grey hairs. It could be lighting or something, but I swear it looks like he has grey hairs. Tell me what you think.

I really like that picture of Mana-sama. And believe me, it's just the lighting.
I love seeing the real side of people too. But on and off stage, Mana-sama's not that different from the persona he creates (the elegant, sophisticated persona). Because how I see him, he even has so many flaws with the persona he creates.

I'm pretty sure it is the lighting or something. I read a fanfiction where Mana had a grey hair and he was all upset about it and then K yanked it out and then the next day I see that picture so that's what I thought. XD

yaaay thanks for the pic Sweetie haven't seen it before...hmm it may be the lighting but maybe he just put some grey-ish colour to his hair...but I like his hair there :-)...anyway I used to say Mana is a god but mostly when I talk about music...in music he is sort of a god...but I know he is just a human being and being famous brings so many other things...he is now an idol, some people see him as a superhuman but he is not...I understand that...maybe he should get some people to help him...though I know he probably likes to do everything by himself...but that is impossible...

I'm beginning to get this feeling that we won't be hearing anything from Moi dix Mois anytime soon. I know all of the other members are in other bands right now. It makes me think they broke up and no one has officially announced it yet. It may not be true, but since Mana never mentions anything about M10M it makes me wonder. Or if they are working on something it's going to be a long time before we hear anything. :okashii:

@JRockAddict: there is a short review on LJ but looks like the one who wrote it left just before MdM started to play...so I only know something about Kozi's performance...but Mana, Kozi and some other musicians played two MM songs there...but that's all I know...it must've been fun there though :-)
