Goodbye JREF,
I had a lot of fun here, congratulations on the transition and I'll wish you luck for years to come.
When historians are searching for my material after I die, my ashes will grin knowing they'll have found my old posts on JREF.

That's one time capsule I hope never gets uncovered. I'd applaud your departure but I'm sure you already have the clap.
After being on this board for some time, as well as seeing your posts and behavior I'll be much more honest and direct.
My only memory will be of wondering how on earth you did not get your sorry self banned a long time ago. I hope maybe we can all learn from the lesson of having you here that some posters are truly worth ignoring, and JREF needs serious some restructuring when it comes to moderation. (Which should be ashamed for never really doing anything)
Good riddance. Don't let door crush your tail on the way out.

That you have grown up a lot in certain ways is undeniable, at least that part is true, continued best wishes with the rest. :relief:

Uncle Frank always had a soft spot for outlaws, used to be one a million years ago. It may be a while, but you will return Josh. Stay safe, take care guy.

Yeah, no doubt you'll be back wiser and so forth and a little less a slave to youthful arrogance.
Seeya around, best of wishes, really.

Why people feel the need to make a "dramatic statement" about leaving a forum is beyond me. If you're unhappy with a forum, just go.

Did someone say something? Oh Josh...sorry I was ignoring you! :) If you leave, who will be the resident womanizer on JREF?

ME!
But only if my woman allows me...

Good luck on selling those used condoms, Josh. I guess a condom could be considered a form of clothing in the "Ghettocities clothing line."...
One word of honest advice, you might actually get praise for some of the things you do, because to some people going to another country and hanging out with sluts seems exciting and cool... it's antithesis to the disparaging words you get from others. I'm sure the former feels a lot better than the latter, but you're getting it from people who aren't worth hearing from.
Just remember, it's very easy to impress a fool.
Again, good luck.

If you don't care about his departure than dont reply. This goes to all of you who have made such comments in this thread.
Please watch your tone next time...your last sentence is totally out of order
IF you have anything site feedback related please refer to the proper section and do try to refrain from ingenious suggestions, thank you.
I'm very tempted to delete this but I wont seeing as it may be Josh's last thread and seeing as some members actually were polite enough to respond like regular human beings.
Anyways Josh, can't say that we had much in common in the forum but good luck to whatever you pursue in life

Thanks Duo I was about to do the same thing but was to tired and went to bed.
Didnt your guys mommy ever tell you to treat others how you wanted to be treated?
I wont comment on how I feel about Josh but there was no need to be harsh...

And how are you so certain he didn't a long time ago ? You are the one that should be ashamed for throwing out serious allegations apparently
without even a cursory check of the facts.

I'd heard somewhere that he was banned a long time ago. I'd like to know what warranted the ban be lifted? I can't imagine he's matured much since then.

You'd be very pleasantly surprised then. :-)

I have wondered that exact same thing so many times...
Anyway, good luck to you, Josh!

Well... I think it's not something bad to announce one's departure.
I am myself not that often on JRef and I can't say I know you very well, but good luck in your future, Josh! (^.^)~~

There is no need for you to concern yourself in such a matter. Please stop from attacking a member directly on his/her personality. Worry about your own maturity, that of other members is not your problem.

I don't like attacking a person's personality, I prefer to criticize what one does. There's no need to take a veiled swipe at my own maturity, considering what I really think of this member I've shown a tremendous amount of restraint.

Excuse me, I just posted this evening with a Japanese language related question and while I was here I replied to two posts, after I get an answer to my question you'll find me off the forum again (atleast until I upload my full-length 24minute long free download Japan video of Japanese girls and skateboarding in Tokyo and then uh I might be back some more to talk about how great I am some more.)

Announcing your arival and departure every time you post a message here was never necissary in the first place.

In my opinion, a diversity of people is a board's greatest strength.
Although my approach to the country of my dreams is TOTALLY different, I had some good laughs while reading your posts from such a different point of view, Josh.
So do your thing and stop by every now and then and give us some fresh reports.

Don't get me wrong, I think people would love to hear information about what's going on in Japan from someone who (may or may not) go there frequently, just not the sort of information that the OP is reporting...

Obviously there is a difference of views and with a message board that is free and open to all no one's opinions should take precedence over any others. If rules are being violated or fellow members disrespected, it's for the mods to deal with. Don't like a particular poster, block his contributions, don't read or give it a rest for the time being....:relief:
