Hi to all,
I have passed the preliminary selection for monbukagakusho (research student for 18 months) and luckly received the letter of acceptance from waseda university (my first choice).
Up to this point I was over the clouds, until I found out that waseda starts in September. According to waseda, I must be in japan in September (not october), first 6 months will be the japanese courses, then the research study.
Since it is written in scholarship documents, that you must be in Japan between 1-7 October, will it affect the Mext's decision while they consider my placement to the university and my chances of getting the scholarship?
Are there anyone that experienced the same situation before?
Hopelessly waiting for an answer. Thanks in advance
