Does it exist?

-geographically and culturally beautiful
-not an overwhelming large population, but not three people sharing a squat toilet
-inexpensive
-large pool of attractive women
-good nightlife
-within convenient distance to larger cities (airport?)
-good public transit
-charmingly japanese
-mild summer and winter climate (relative to other japanese cities)
-attractive women, it's important
-an abundance of high paying teaching positions (may be too much to ask for)

Let the nominations begin...

I would say Kyoto, except for the mild summer part.

I second ArmandV!

My personal favorite is Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture--except for the mild winter part and availability of teaching positions (on which I have zero information)... :relief:

"-large pool of attractive women"

"-attractive women, it's important"

Is there a difference between these two criterion? 8-)

I like Fukuoka (which is why I chose to settle down here). Your list is pretty relative but I would say it meets a lot of the things you outlined plus more (ocean access, close to Korea and springboard for the rest of Asia, home of the 博多美人...)
