I'm thinking of studying there for the summer semester. However, the price to go there is increasing each year. Last year it was at least 2,300 dollars for the tuition, breakfast and dinner, etc. *except for plane ticket, independent transportation, shopping, etc.* This year it has risen to at least 2,530 dollars!

Is it worth it to study there for a semester? :souka:

One thing to consider is what, exactly do you want to focus on in your studying here. MM

Isn't 2530$ a lot cheaper than most American colleges cost per semester?

I'd say that's a pretty good price to be staying in Japan for a few months.

If you are studying Japanese, it's worth it.

If you have never been overseas, and this is your first opportunitiy, it's worth it!

There are many foreign individuals, who you can network with. I guess it's worth if you want to stay in asia, when you graduate.
