Those screenschots are from one of Miyavi's DVD performances (one in Nihon Budokan yay looove it!) ^^ I'm really interested in that one guy :bluush: But still of course Miyavi is the best haha :p

hey you guyz.
well i've allmost finised my contribution i've made a fan shirt of meev (for myself) and I want to send him the pictures of it I'd like to know what you guyz think about it!!!

I've put his name (or initials, MYV and 382)on the shirt and I wanted to put a pucture of him on it but that was a bit harder than I thought!
so I remembered that meev used to call himself pegasus when people asked him about his starsign. So thats what I choose instead!
I've put the sign love on it in kanji (I just felt like that was appropriate)
I've put 2 wings on it (just because I always wanted a shirt with wings on it and sort of like a tribute to you guyz meevs angels, yeay! ;))

on the fron I've put the white dove from the ark of noah that brought back a twig of the new land witch stands for a new future.

It's like a tribute to meev and his music.

Let me know what you guyz think !!!!

There was a tee made by threadless (i think) that used a photo of his as the basis. But it wasn't official so I felt wrong buying it. also if something 'pwns' it rules/is awesome. example: "Miyavi Pwns"

but it can also be used like this.. if someone got "pwned" or "owned" it means they were defeated, usually in a humiliating way. ex: "That guy Miyavi hit with a soccer ball got pwned."

@ freackyD: I made a lot of sketches and than made stencils (witch made it realy hard to put a pic of meev himself on the shirt, because you can only use the shadow of the picture). and I just looked at a lot of pictures of plants, animals and other printed shirts and made skechtes out of that.

Well if anyone wants one I'll make you one, it takes about 2 weeks to make.

I highly doubt Miyavi has a MySpace. He advertises his things like crazy on his homepage, no? I'm sure if he had one we'd know about it. He also a musical artist. He'd most likely get one of those... Music MySpace thingys to actually PROMOTE his music.

I also recently found THIS video. Everyone knows this photoshoot of him and another girl. One that most fangirls get jealous over.
Now see... I'm mad at myself. I know really it's inevitable to become a fangirl, but I don't want to be. I don't like the idea of it. To be staring at him like a love struck puppy and to be swooning over him like a little school girl. No thank you, I have better things to do with my time. However I caught myself thinking and feeling certain things while watching this photoshoot and honestly I sickened myself.
So I would rather leave those thoughts and feelings aside and focus on other silly things I noticed while watching this.
Like the fact that they put HORRIBLE shades of foundation on this man. I've always noticed this in 'Making Of's or whatever. They're either really dark or really orangey. I DON'T GET IT.

The one thing people seem to overlook when critiquing Miyavi is his lyrics. They'll say how yeah, he doesn't have the best voice, but wow look at those guitar skills!

Yes his guitar skills are amazing, but look at those lyrics! I can't write for crap (I do lovely essays... but something poetic? You're kidding me, right?) so maybe that's why I'm so blown away by them. They're very straight forward yet having multiple layers to them, ya know?

hmmm... men in skirts usually doesn't work for me but somehow Miyavi pulls it off.
I like the clip of Miyavi singing "hit the road jack". I found it easier to appreciate his voice when I could understand what he was singing. I was like YAY he can sing! I have only recently started looking into his music.

I love the sound of Miyavi's voice. It is incredibly sexy, emotional and unique. One of the reasons I'm so intrigued by him.
Still, I'm not about to deny the fact that he can't hit notes on cue as well as he'd probably like to xD! Not like it's something he doesn't already know ^.~

I... unfortunately have no idea what songs you're talking about. Lyrics are usually the last thing I look up when getting into an artist. So Miyavi's lyrics are still horribly new to me ^^;;

I will admit...Miyavi's voice isn't perfect. I think it adds to his charm, personallly....that's why I love it. I mean, anyone can have an beautiful voice, but that doesn't mean they can express emotion the way he does. Plus, I think one would have to have an deeper appreciation for Meev's music. When I listen, I also listen for compositon and arrangements, so it's easier for me to fall for his songs than those who only listens for voice.
