The circumstances of this situation would normally make the chance of us knowing about him being in America very slim.

I want to join your talk about Miyavi. I personally prefer him as Miyavi. I love his music and no matter what mood I'm in his music always makes me happy and I start to sing. And he is just so funny, I have a lot of funny backstage movies with him. Although, sometimes I feel like he's overplaying and he might be too much but, I love him anyway!

I'm not a person who gets all addicted and wants to find out EVERYTHING about an artist, but with Miyavi, that is the case. He is my life. And he is just soo good looking! I mean, that smile and his hair.. ooh his hair. mine is sort of like his :) <3 His tatoos (except those on his back) is just yummy as well! I would also like to have him in my bed, forever and ever!!

When we mention "382" we're talking about the tattoos Miyavi has on his fingers. Which he got because "382" numerically is "Miyabi". When reading the characters "3-8-2" you could also read them as "mi-ya-bi"

Hey all! I found this forum a long long time ago in January, and attempted to read this thread from head to toe but failed miserably waha. I got distracted by non-forum things (sinful, I know -_-) and now I am... err, back to try again! I love miyavi, and you all love miyavi also, so I hope you will love me too! ^o^

As a present~ two watercolors of miyavi I painstakingly painted with a tiny tiny brush and lots of time. His face is so expressive, so it was hard because I wanted to capture all sides of him... you know, the twist of his lips and the attitude of his eyes and every everything XD so I ended up pretty much duplicating the original pictures... eheh

the paintings took a very very long time (staying up late everyday for a week, it was an art project), haha, and I used a grid to get the linework and then magnified his face 8753945102x and used a hair-thin brush. it was painfulllll! :bawling: but all worth it for miyavi! hehe

Because of Miyavi's journal entry from September 19th, we thought it'd be a good idea to show him how much his oversea fans really do care for him. He's seemed rather depressed lately and we can't have that now can we? So we're going to send him a big package full of love (cliche I know XD). We want him to be happy and feel inspired again... We're hoping this "care package" will help do that.
We're sending all our contributions to Ren and she will proceed to send everything off to Miyavi.

Some of us (like me... >__>;;) are having issues with inspiration as well and are kind of holding the package back v.v
I really am sorry about that. I don't think I can express that enough.

Miyavi loves chicken, he has said it is one of his fav. foods along with Inori Sushi and something else...the name escapes me. lol.

But, yeah. I think if you are a Miyavi fan, you most likely appreciate his sillyness. I know I love him for that. Not to mention every now and then he can speak so seriously, so you know he's not completely gone. He's one who understands he has flaws and he's not afraid to admit that. IMO, he perfect.

Yeah Miyavi loves chicken... and apparently salmon too. One journal entry of his stated he had salmon for breakfast, lunch, and dinner XD!
He likes to mention different foods he eats when traveling. He use to...
Anyway, I remember one thing he ate was an odd part off of a pig. Pig ears? Something weird like that. It was a popular dish in Korea or something so he tried it... I read that when I first got into Miyavi back in August... So I don't really remember it. I could be wrong. *LE SHRUG*

Bellybuttons rings can be hot depending on the person. Jae from DBSK or Jin from KAT-TUN. However Miyavi doesn't quite seem like the right type to have a bellybutton piercing. Just my opinion >>

He said in his journal from September 19th (I'm paraphrasing) that maybe one day he will come to love himself and maybe even another.
I don't personally feel like going to find a link, so if someone else would like to do so.

He's definately not his cheery self lately, looking at pictures you can tell that. There's quite a few shots from his 5 day concert of him smiling, however you can see it in his eyes that he's not happy.

He is human after all, he's going to get sad from time to time.

Maybe it's just me because I have no self esteem, but I can't see a non-self loving person as "happy" Sure overall in a sense I am. I'm content at the moment with my life. I have my Angels that I look out for and I know they're looking out for me. I want a career in music, that I know. Now it's just a matter up stepping up to the plate and getting there.
However, "at the moment" is the key phrase. Trying to look past all my insecurities is difficult. I talked with a few of my friends and asked if over the years they'd like to make a band (We live across the US, so to have a current "official" band is out of the question XD). I've been appointed "leader" and honestly I fear it. I don't want my doubts to get in the way of the band.
I'm a lot better than I was not even half a year ago, I almost feel "free" if you will. In the past my self loathing really did cause issues. I think it's a main reason I didn't bother in school. I figured 'Even if I tried and paid attention, I'm just an idiot. I won't do any better than I am now.' I never bothered trying new things, cause I thought I'd suck at it anyway. I've only recently started hitting myself saying "AT LEAST TRY IT!" I know my insecurities are still there though. I've just gotten good at suppressing them.
I think everyone reaches a point in their life and/or career when they lose track of perspective. They don't know what's going on in their life and where they're headed. I believe they slip into a sort of depression at that time. I also believe this could be something Miyavi is going through.

To be honest i'm not suprised Meevs is depressed highly strung people oftain are people who ae jolly and friendly happy goofy and wacky all the time people don't understand when there sad but the truith is that type of behaviour is oftain the front for a sadness the person is trying to cover up
