The fan girl thingy is also a two way collaboration in a way, he lives on the fan girls, without them he would be nothing, ok, he is fabulous with the guitar, but without the personal attraction, he wouldn't survive the competition.

Also I think he encourages them, on his MySpace page he have titles like "check me out honey" and "look at me honey". Since he also have an open uncensored MySpace comment section and also his picture comments are unchecked before they are published, it also suggests he thinks its ok, to write anything you want.

If he really wouldn't want any fan girls he could have a function to check all messages before they where published and remove all "personal" posts etc. but instead he is like "gimme gimme ur fabulous commentz !!"

And couldn't he get some body gurad or something for his GF if it was so bad? It's not like he couldn't afford it !

So I can't say he does anything to stop the fan girls either.
And this goes for most famous people, I think, they have in a way the power to take a stand either for or against fan girls.

I think it's kind of ok to have X on a famous person as long as you keep it civil, attacks and rude behavior is of course so wrong, always.

And honestly so whom are we suppose to have a crush on then if not famous people? I means seriously RL guys are so boring they just put me to sleep. One of the last ones who have been hitting on me for a while now is looking like this and god I'd rather die than let him touch me ...

Ok my final words on this topic is that what ever, it's easy for some people to say you shouldn't do this, or that, you shouldn't feel this or that.

Specially for those that already have a bf/gf for example or for people who have no understanding of other people ... and I think it's small to belittle other peoples feelings, to be a "know it all person" because if you do have a X on someone it's not really like you choose to have it, it's just there ...

As I see it he haven't deleted any comments but he have added that function, that the comments wont be published before approved.

What I think have happened is that when he released the World tour 2008 pictures maybe he got indecent comments and since he gets thousands of comments per day maybe he wants a better control over what people is writing!

He have probably someone working for him, doing the coding and stuff, and now also approving the comments !

It could also be that he all of a sudden gotten allergic against nickel,
you can get that at any time and I don't think that black eye brow piercing is genuine gold ...

I have also been allergic against nickel since I was 16 ... you get red, swollen and it itches to death if you get that and it will even start to bleed if you don't do anything about it ...

... as I have said before, if a piercing have healed once, it doesn't get infected afterwards as the wound is closed, but you can always get allergic ... he should have used genuine gold, sterling silver or surgical steel piercings, he could have painted them black if that was what he absolutely wanted ...

Not as such, I would guess that at least the lip piercing is made of surgical steel, almost all of them are ... perhaps the nose ring too ... so it depends really ...

Of course, he shouldn't have them on, at least as long as he finds out why this is happening ... actually he probably knows ... it's just we who are guessing :p

He was thinking of how he isn't able to "speak" english...he kept on saying, "the one language I cannot speak". I think he does speak good English...and he did study English to reach out to international fans...and that is so good of him! Hm, I have always thought his English is excellent really ... his pronouncement is just fine. I know he is not comfortable with speaking English and feel awkward doing so. In some interviews he have had translators also.
I can also feel this sometimes, I can write very good English, that I know, but to talk it RL, it doesn't come that natural really ... no English is not my native language either ... not even my second language but I like to learn other languages.
I think that Miyavi with some practice will learn English just fine, he just need to keep on speaking and reading it ... :cool:

I suppose that before an official interview it's always good to get the questions in advance, so you have a little bit more time to think about what you want to answer, with or without language a barrier.

I have a lot of experience with a lot of racist and Pan-Asian Americans who use the term "Azn Pride" and generally act gangster and American Afro-Urban instead of rockish.

So I cringe whenever I see it or hear it because it calls back memories of mine of a whole bunch of painful or annoying memories of mine that I wish he, as a person I like, wouldn't associate with. And the term itself sounds general Pan-Asian and racist. So if he just put out a random bunch of words he saw, that doesn't bug me so much. Sometimes "Engrish" works that way, they just choose words they think look cool. But if he chose the words knowing what they meant and understanding the associations behind them, then I've lost a little respect for him.

Well, I have a bit mixed feelings about that, ok, naturally we all know he is Asian, and so many people love him, with or without that fact, I think it's totally irrelevant actually, it's ok, to be proud about being Asian, but it's just as ok to be anything else also, even an alien if you where one ... the color of the skin or the origin of your birth doesn't make you either better or worse than anybody else ...

Hm, yes considering that 31 of my 37 friends @Tagged is Japanese, and 33 is Asian = 2 are from other Asian countries than JPN ... and a few of them is very close to me and I've known for a long time and we just l♥ve each other.

I don't see any problems and my best friend Yuki @Tagged is from Japan and I've known him for over 4 months already and we speak almost every day if he is not too busy with work ... he has stood by me through some rough times also and I'd trust him with my life if necessary ...

But honestly I don't think MψV's sees any problems here, I just think he feels that it's a bit unusual really, he have until lately written also Kanji/Romaji @MySpace and trust always takes time and it's not for free ...

I'm sure he'll get the trust he'll need to get comfortable with it ... very soon ! :p

I'm understanding the thing of the calendar now :') Its just like the 2008 one. Miyavi and The Gazette calendar can only be recieved when you make a reservation on a Japanese site and its only available in Japan and they only ship in Japan. The only way for us to get it is to let someone order it who is in Japan. And all calendar will ship out on December 26th. So its to late to get it for christmas and It will be veeery expensive because its like $50 and you need to pay shipment from Japan to your country X3 I can make calendar too at my printer but I guess we won't find any more pics of it untill December 26th.

They say im the best type of miyavi fan too but I have my Miyavi fangirlizm moment too :')

Well these pictures were taken after he cut his hair and he did say that he took them out, but I guess he just puts it back on when he takes pictures for magazines and stuff like that. Well maybe he just decided to put it back on recently.
